Janitorial Personnel (Clearwater, FL) compensation: $14hr employment type: full-time job title: Janitorial Personnel We are looking for Janitorial Personnel in the Healthcare environment to take care of our building and conduct cleaning, maintenance. The goal is to keep our building and rooms in a clean and orderly condition. This position will be a full-time position in the Clearwater Area. These jobs are for Days, Nights, and Weekends Shift positions. Responsibilities • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc). • Perform and document routine. • Conduct heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair. • Cooperate with the rest of the staff. • Follow all health and safety regulations. Skills • Proven working experience as a janitor. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. • Integrity and ability to work independently. • Must have a neat appearance, most be honest, respectful, and dependable. Requirements • Must pass Background Level I. • Must pass Drug and TB Test. • Be able to work every other weekend. • Must be able to speak English.
