I am looking for 3 roommates to fill this large house in a very nice neighborhood. The private rooms include use of whole house, laundry machines, full kitchen, AC, parking on driveway and street, prime location in great neighborhood, solar, furnished, beds couches ect, outdoor grill/patio area, yard service, strong wifi, and more. I’m Looking for individuals who are clean and respectful of other peoples living spaces and who can pay rent on time every month. Looking for a 6 month lease (can be flexible) and if it works we can do more. Email me a bit about yourself what you do for work and where on the island you live now, how many cars you have, what furniture you would like to bring. There are tenants in the house until end of October so not sure how easy it is to get in there and show you the place but I took a video I can share of the whole house from when I toured it last week. I could probably line up a showing but give me time. No this is not a scam I live here and would like to meet you at some point before move in November 1st. The house itself is a 4 bed 2.5 bath $1700 per month $100 utilities per month $1500 security deposit
