LOOKING TO REFER CONCRETE WORK TO LOCAL CONTRACTORS

I am looking to create a long term partnership with a local masonry, concrete contractor. I want to refer concrete calls and jobs in the Westchester County, Yonkers area. I don't handle work there. The types of jobs range from sidewalks, driveways to retaining walls, patios, etc. etc. Some jobs I've referred over to other contractors include: a 25 car parking garage, a large retaining wall project, a large 4 car driveway, etc. Not all jobs will be this big; some will be small. You should be able to answer the phone when the clients call for a quote, be insured, have a crew and be able to do multiple jobs on different sites. I am looking for a 10% commission off the top when you complete each job. Will require an agreement between ourselves and my commission is due through venmo or zelle at time client pays.
