Knowledge of NYC plumbing code 4. Must have experience on alternation work, including new utility installations 5. Organized & Efficient 8. Reliable, loyal & trustworthy 9. Experience in the installation of plumbing systems for mid & high 10. Clean, safe driving record Responsibilities: 1. In this role, the successful candidate installs and maintains all plumbing within its respected property. 2. Tests and repairs sprinklers and standpipe systems following NYC code requirements 3. Reads and interprets drawings and blueprints 4. Prepare material lists for jobs and perform inventories 5. Install and maintain waste and soil piping and accessories 6. Install and repair water gas air and vent piping 7. Install and repair steam lines traps strainers and valves 8. Install and repair medical gas vacuum and oxygen systems 9. Install and repair compressed air and acid waste systems 10. Adheres to NYC plumbing code 11. Install and repair all plumbing fixtures 12. Install and repair boiler equipment (pumps traps etc.) 13. Maintain domestic hot water tanks and distribution stations 14. Maintain main water tank non potable water system and cooling towers 15. Ability to handle physical workload 16. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills 17. Organized & Efficient 18. Reliable, loyal & trustworthy 19. Experience in the installation of plumbing systems for mid & high rise buildings 20. The selected individual will install Plumbing, Sprinkler, and and Mechanical systems for new construction commercial buildings mid rise & high rise. 21. A Residential Plumber installs, repairs, fits, and maintains pipes in a drainage system for residential buildings, primarily associated with kitchens, bathrooms, hot water heaters, and sewage 22. This includes performing diagnostic, troubleshooting, and leak searches 23. Communicate and consult with homeowners to give them the best options on repair or replacement 24.Maintain communication with team members 25. Keep your company truck clean and organized, inside, and out 26. Properly complete tasks in a professional and timely manner
