Seeking general handyman to be on call for a few properties. Work would include minor repair calls for plumbing/electrical/mechanical/painting/exterior...just general availability and involvement with the building and grounds care. 2 residences in Stamford and a 3 building mixed use property in Greenwich. Includes 5 residences/apartments and 2 small commercial spaces. Looking for a long term relationship.
