Pine Knoll Nursing Center is an 65 bed family owned skilled nursing center located in historic Lexington. We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to be part of our growing team, but will train the right candidate. Very competitive salary, benefits and a wonderful working environment Qualifications Nursing home experience preferred. Painting and Housekeeping skills Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
