Join the Y and community for a dance party celebrating National Hispanic and Latinx Heritage month! Take a dance break and learn some new moves, all while connecting with your local Hispanic and Latinx communities. Featuring Music by Jack MozieJack Mozie is a Peruvian singer, songwriter, and music producer. Born in Lima and raised in Seattle, WA, he has been making music from a very young age. His music is versatile, ranging from pop to electronic and Latin. He made his recording debut in 2011 with his first album, Sealed For Your Protection. Shortly after, in 2013, he released his second album, Iron Fist, which garnered him some local popularity. He released his subsequent work in 2019, Chasing Rainbows, followed by his first full Spanish record in 2020, Sin Poder Hacer Un Ruido. Jack also uses his platform to speak out against social injustices in the LGBTQIA+ communities, Latinx communities, and Immigrant communities. He also uses his music to organize and fundraise for local charities.
