Join us at Hope and Healing Therapy for our "Counting Sheep" Wellness Workshop to learn how to cultivate healthy sleep habits with the use of yoga, essential oils, and improved bedtime habits.
Participants will enjoy a seminar on healthy sleep habits and routines with practice owner, Jennifer Voorhaar, LCSW-C, followed by “make and take” sleep promoting aromatherapy products with Professional Aromatherapist, Glori VanBrunt, and wrap up your evening with 60 minutes of Yin Yoga with Evolve Yoga and Wellness (wearing your favorite comfy pajamas is strongly encouraged!!)
