HealthFORCE is The Health Collaborative's annual event to connect high school and college students to healthcare and education partners. We're returning to our in-person, interactive event after a 2 year break! And we're thrilled to offer this event at no financial cost to our healthcare and education members. What Happens at HealthFORCE?The largest part of HealthFORCE are the exhibitors! We will have different healthcare organizations (or education partners representing healthcare programs) from around or near Greater Cincinnati present - and each organization will have its own exhibitor table. High School and College students from around the region will visit these tables, throughout the day, as well as watch a Healthcare Industry Panel. The event will be held at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio. More than 90% of exhibitors surveyed in 2019 said they had complete satisfaction with this venue. Schedule of DaySchedule Summary: The students will arrive at different times, but the full event will be from 8:45am-1pm. We expect all exhibitors to arrive anywhere from 7:30-8am and be set up by 8:30. You can tear down at 1 (or earlier, if the crowd has dissipated). The Healthcare Industry Panel will be 10-11am. Student Schedule & Notes: Group A --- 8:45-11am (Check-in, visit exhibitors, enjoy panel before leaving)Group B --- 9:15-11:30am (Check-in, visit exhibitors, enjoy panel, visit more exhibitors after panel)Group C --- 9:45am-12noon (Check in, enjoy panel, visit exhibitors after panel)Group D --- 11:15/11:30 - 12:30/12:45 (This group is for schools who are unable to make it to the panel, but still want to attend and meet with Exhibitors. Check-in, visit exhibitors)Exhibitor Schedule & Notes: We expect our exhibitors to have a variety of information ready to share. However, we do want you to indicate a profession, specialty, or topic that we can put as a theme in your "Exhibitor Bio". This helps us make sure we get all the requested professions covered at our event, and helps students know what is available where. If you need help deciding on a booth theme, someone from The Health Collaborative will help you. In addition to a booth theme, we would also like all exhibitors to discuss any information you have about employment, volunteer, work-based learning, or apprenticeship opportunities at your organization - even for students in high school or college. All exhibitor tables should be ready by 8:30am. We ask that you plan accordingly, and you can arrive as early as 7:30 to begin setting up! There will be coffee, water, juice, and a light continental breakfast ready at 7:30. Coffee and water will also be available throughout the day. Furthermore, we will have a light boxed refreshment (snack) for all exhibitors ready at 10 am, or you can take that box snack to go with you at the end of the day! We expect the bulk of our students to attend sessions A-C, but to keep our event accessible to both college students, and to high schools coming from further distance, we expect Exhibitors to stay through Group D. Tear down will be no later than 1pm, or whenever the last school group leaves. Next Steps & QuestionsPlease complete this form for registration.
