Want to learn how to fix flat tires, clean your chain, and fix rubbing or loose brakes? During this 4 hour class, you will learn about the parts of the bicycle and how to do some basic repair and maintenance tasks, many of which can be completed on the side of the road. Participants should bring their own well-functioning bike to learn on.
This is not a class on how to fix a bike that is in major disrepair, but on how to keep your bike that is currently working fine (or mostly fine) on the road.
We require that participants are fully vaccinated against COVID.
Each participant will need to wash their hands when they come in and leave, keep 6 feet apart at all times. Masks (3-layer fabric mask, fabric mask over a surgical mask, N95 or KN95 mask) are required - we have some if you need extras.
Please do not come in if:
- you feel sick, have felt sick in the last 10 days, or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
- you've been exposed to someone who has been feeling sick or has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days.
