I am an acrylic painter. I want to share my studio with someone who is working on small works or desk /computer work. 2 ($275)- 3 days ($350). On your days you will be working at the studio alone. Sunny beautiful studio with the window in Greenpoint. Sorry - no oil /spray paint, no nails/hair/tattoo. Available SEPTEMBER 1st. Utilities and amenities are included in your rent. High-speed Wi-Fi/AC and heat, passenger elevator /loading Dock, lobbies, kitchenettes, restrooms, a conference room, and furnished outdoor space.
