Workshop HighlightsIn addition to the standard Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) curriculum for the Leading SAFe 5.1 Workshop (described below), this workshop includes three additional (takeaway) resources to improve your individual effectiveness, your pursuit of Agile Transformation, and the emergence of Business Agility: Personal Leadership Model DevelopmentAgile Transformation Miscues and FixesBusiness Agility Roadblocks and RemediesThis is an experience-informed workshop (and not a casual review.) Real-world examples will support, amplify, and, in some cases, offer alternatives to SAFe guidance. My perspective is rooted in 20+ years of hands-on Agile experience including owning responsibility for planning, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions and new ways of working. My additional experience forming, managing and leading teams and technical programs has also informed this training. More of my background, here. You can expect to hear, see, and discuss: Anchor Principles and Practices (Required for effective and persistent SAFe adoption and Agility ROI)Effective Alternative Practices (Indicative of alternatives that are potentially more effective)Attention Needed (Indicative of your need to pay special attention to ensure stickiness)Hard Work Ahead (Plan to examine this work in detail to ensure successful outcomes)... and much moreLimited to 10 ParticipantsWe're using a large, private hotel conference room (designed for 30+ participants) with ample spacing and two sources of fresh air (sliding doors to the outside) to ensure personal safety.
