Enjoy a day of pure rejuvenation for your mind, body & spirit - yoga & meditation, nourishing and healthy brunch, guided journaling exercises, vision board creation, + more! The retreat will be located on the Shore at Revere Beach and transition into a beautiful private space at the BLVD. Upon check in, all guests will receive a welcome bag filled with goodies that they will be utilizing during the retreat as well as take home to use later on. You don't need to travel too far to step away from your busy life! We are super excited to organize this very special event with some amazing driven and inspiring women. NEW MOON RETREAT ITINERARY : 9:45 Check in at Revere Beach in front of BLVD Building, 320 Revere Beach Boulevard & receive your New Moon Gift Bag. 10:00 AM. - Yoga, Meditation & Affirmations with Gabriella (Goal: Release Tension & promote openness in the body) *please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. 11:11 AM. - High Vibration Organic Bunch + Discussion led by Relana + Brunch Board by Lauren (Savoring Graze). 11:30 AM - Champagne Toast 11:45 AM - Intention Setting Journal Exercise & Sharing Session led by Lauren 12:12 PM - Vision Board Workshop led by Andi 1:11 PM - 'Operating in Alignment' Discussion & Journal Exercise led by Amanda 1:45 PM - Closing Statements, Announcements & Raffle Drawing * New Moons are the first phase of the lunar cycle & known for new beginnings.
