We are excited to offer a one day workshop sharing the incredible benefits of Pranayama breathing to enhance sleep, immunity, pulmonary function, and sports performance.
Dr. Amit Anand, Tufts University professor and Pulmonologist, and Dr. Andy Taylor, Harvard Medical School professor and leading Exercise Physiologist, will be bringing decades of experience in both the medical function of Pranayama breathing and the Eastern Philosophy behind the health benefits of big-chest, slow-frequency breathing.
This is an incredible opportunity to enhance all aspects of your life from reducing stress, improving autonomic system function, and enhancing your sports performance. These incedible professionals will be coming all the way from Boston to spend an amazing day with us in Park City! This workshop will be held in a beautiful location on Deer Valley at Silver Lake for the morning lecture. It will be followed by a catered lunch from Nosh with a small hike up to a scenic vista to practice our Pranayama breathing outside among the fall colors.
