Need to rehome

I need to rehome my sons pet as soon as possible. He has been going through some tuff times loosing his home and mental issues. He has had his dog for a couple years but no longer is able to care for her. I live in an apartment and I can not keep her here it is against my lease or else I would love to keep her. Her name is Kia she is an older female flat coated retriever she is super sweet ok with cats ok with other older dogs. She does not like to be alone she has a separation anxiety she has always been an indoor dog potty trained. Has a very sensitive stomach I think she has allergies to chicken. She needs someone to care for her I can’t afford to take her to the vet. She is about 10 years old please help.
