Church Looking for a Building To Lease/Rent

we are a church of about 75 people congregation we are in need of a building we are meeting once a week in a hotel banquet room, we would like to rent or lease a church in the portland, clackamas, milwaukie, gresham, vancouver area's we have sunday evening services only right now...if you have a building and are not using it on sunday evenings abnd would like to make some extra income for the church or know of a building that is for lease either already a church or something we can make into a church, please let us know if you can help.
