We are a successful midsize make ready and remodel company operating out of Dallas. We are looking to expand into the Houston area. We are looking for someone who is looking to get out of running the business aspect of the remodel/make ready company, taking all the risk and doing all the paperwork involved and just run and bid jobs and merge your existing clients with our leads and connections. You would receive commission on all work you bring in from you existing clients. We would want you to work for us as a Project manager/estimator. The position would have a salary, auto allowance, bonus and commission. We have a well-established office and support staff in place to handle all of the paperwork. We have a great game plan of running jobs. We are really looking for somebody who can bid jobs and manage jobs in the in the field in the Houston area. We would be flexible for what you want to do. We are not a major conglomerate, Just a company run by three owners who want to expand their business down south. We are looking for everyone to win. We have the ability of growing rapidly and adding on employees, subs and supervisors. We can send someone from Dallas if needed to help out also as needed. We are looking for someone who has been running a small business of his own preferably for about 10 years. Somebody who has a small, but steady client base and a few reliable workers so that we can have a base in Houston when we decide to open up. We are a company that does good quality work. We are looking for Someone who can handle doing a $30,000 kitchen or bathroom renovation in a nice home in a nice area. It would be great if you also have experience doing Make Readies for property managers as that is a good portion of the work that we do here in Dallas already. No tricks or anything sneaky here.
