Experts agree that as long as you get the green light from your doctor to work out while expecting, prenatal Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise you can do—and you should start as early in your pregnancy as possible. Heat 3.0 Pilates Reformer & Hot Yoga studios offers a 6-week series for moms-to-be this fall. Classes are held twice a week at 10:15 am. This specialty class geared at pregnant moms engages the proper alignment and core exercises on the Pilates Reformer to help reduce low back pain and take pressure off the hips and back. Exercises recommendations approved by ACOG and at your own pace. One price for all classes. Andrea Metcalf, celebrity Fitness expert leads classes. As a mother of three and an expert in Pilates and alignment, she brings over three decades of experience to classes. Prenatal Pilates Reformer Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:15am. Class size is limited to 10 moms-to-be. If you are not pregnant you are welcome to attend. This class is geared at the special needs of moms-to-be including back pain and core movements that are safe for all trimesters of pregnancy.
