We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our St. Helena warehouse team. Our team members are empowered to ensure products reach the consumer with maximum ease, accuracy, and timeliness. We work together to anticipate and meet clients’ needs with constant focus on adding value to our services. JOB SUMMARY You will work in a warehouse environment picking daily orders for distributors and local wineries. Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:30 work schedule (no weekends). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pick daily case goods order with forklift/clamp Unload inbound trucks Build, and maintain excellent rapport with customers and team members KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Must have a high school diploma Must be 21+ years old Prior experience working in a warehouse and/or logistics setting is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs., label and package wine for shipping Forklift clamp lift experience is a plus Ability to provide exceptional service to our customers Excellent English, math skills, and communication skills (both verbal & written) Prefer working with teams EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma is required.
