Learn to make soap at UUBN

Class will include detailed instructions and step by step guidance on cold process soap making. This is not a melt and pour class. We will be making soap from scratch like true artisans. Each student will leave with the equivalent of 4 bars of soap (to cure for the next 6 weeks) and 1 ready to use sample. Your Project will be ready to gift this holiday season! Class size is limited to 16 people maximum. Paid registration is required to attend. Session is Saturday October 1, 2022 @1PM (Approximately 2 hours) Instructors Bio: Holly Sanford Holly grew up with a passion for creating things both useful and beautiful. She has a farm with her beloved Ben where they grow and nurture a variety of items including goats, chicken, children, apples, and herbs. She has been making soap for several years and has taught classes in a variety of settings including outdoors. Her first experience making soap was with the UUBN CUUPs group as a fundraiser. Turns out it was super fun and she has gotten better at it with time and practice. Holly loves making friends while making stuff. Let’s hang out!
