Description

This class is good for all levels and is beginner friendly. All you need to do is bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a friend! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up and be ready for class. After the class ends, choose a wine to enjoy and unwind. Tickets are $10 and includes the yoga class and your glass of wine. You have the option to secure and pay for your spot via Eventbrite or you can pay at Sona the day of the event but space is limited, first come first serve!
