I've been involved with ART International (Authentic Relating Training) since 2018 when I stumbled upon their workshop in Bali. This work has fed my soul since then, so much so that I've set up an event in Austin this September and my mentor and master facilitator, Dayna Seraye, will be coming to lead us and I'll be assisting! This will be an incredible, heart opening weekend and I'm really so excited about it. We'll dig into activities to access connection, aliveness and vulnerability.
