HIRING FOR GENERAL LABORER/CARPENTER

I am currently looking to hire a few people who know how to read a tape measure and has basic carpentry skills. The more knowledge the better though. I am working on framing, siding, and finishing, 4 duplexes and I need some good solid people to help get this done over the next couple of months.
