artists studio/work space needed

Looking for a place to create. I’m a visual artist who is in the process of downsizing my current residence and am losing my studio (an extra room) I mainly draw with graphite, charcoal and color pencil. But I document my creative processes and photograph my. I have a few projects that are underway and I’ll need a space to complete them ASAP. I would like to have access to water and a bathroom but not a problem if it’s not something that can be accommodated. I’m also a skilled carpenter/handyman and willing to trade services for payment.
