Seeking Japanese-language study partner

I am seeking a study buddy (or buddies) who is also committed to studying and learning Japanese. With verbal conversation in particular I think having a study buddy would be a tremendous help to us both. I imagine us meeting up for an hour or so once per week somewhere neutral and convenient (like a coffe shop) to practice Japanese spoken conversation, do any workbook activities, quiz one another, and generally help each other review and stay on track with our own study goals. A little about myself first. Im 29 and have studied for about 3 years. Ive been over there 6 times accumulating about a year's worth of time spent in Japan, even shooting a documentary and doing some video work. I am probably about an N3 spoken level. I work as a technical writer and have maintained a cultural and linguistic interest in Japan for some years. Not particularly into anime or ninjas or other otaku or wiabu stuff, but dont care if you are. Now about you. Ideally you are either currently enrolled or have at least 1 year of the language under your belt. I don't want either of us to be tutoring there other, but instead just generally helping one another as language cannot exist on a one-person island ^-^ 日本人ですか? 今は英語を勉強しょていますか? 言語交換しましょうか?
