Description

The Basic Spanish Course offered by Centro Hispano de East TN aims to equip students with a solid foundation of vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills. Additionally, students will develop functional conversation skills in order to speak the language with proper pronunciation and confidence. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn a new language, this course helps support Centro's ongoing English as a Second Language (ESL) programs. These ESL classes provide the immigrant and refugee community with the necessary tools to navigate their everyday lives, an important part of our vision of every Latino and Latina in East Tennessee thriving culturally, educationally and economically. Please Note: This registration is valid for a 10-week course that takes place every Thursday from 6:00PM - 8:00PM from October 13th-December 22. (Thanksgiving day class will not be in session)
