Executive Chef Rakim Gaines will utilize local crops grown and harvested by The Utopian Seed Project to craft fresh and flavorful limited-time brunch offerings paired with Maker’s Mark cocktails.
In addition to delicious dishes, the event will feature live music and a Maker’s Mark wax dipping station with proceeds supporting The Utopian Seed Project’s mission of responsibly educating, growing and researching a wide range of crop varieties to support diversity in food and farming.
