Secondary classroom teachers, join us at Skeeta Hawk Brewing to a learn about EcoRise and the Building a Healthy, Resilient Louisiana Program. Your first drink is on us! EcoRise is excited to share that New Orleans-area high school teachers now have access to our new program, Building a Healthy, Resilient Louisiana. This program provides high school students with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to tackle sustainability challenges while introducing them to green professionals and careers. Through the generous support of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), New Orleans-area teachers that participate will receive training and support to integrate green building and sustainability concepts into their classroom, access to sustainability curriculum and grant resources, as well as opportunities to participate in LEED Green Associate certification. Participating teachers will also be eligible for a $1,000 stipend. Join us at Skeeta Hawk Brewing to ask questions and learn more. First drink is on us!
