Michael Combs rear ended my van while talking on his phone in May and is refusing to take responsibility for $8,000 in damages. Instead he wants to taunt me with arrogant statements. The enclosed messages are from his Facebook account. Instead of paying me this is what I get. Notice in the wording what he is insinuating about children.
