TEA and TABOO is the culmination of a number of conversations Dr Nimira has with her patients on a daily basis. Over the last years she's realized that many women over 35 are starting to feel lost and alone when it comes to how their bodies are changing as they get older, how they feel about sex, as well as what their purpose of life is - especially after they become empty nesters. Join us for a monthly social gathering where you can meet other women like yourself who may be going through the same thing as you! Ask questions, offer support, and don't be afraid to get the answers you need! This a safe space where you can ask without judgment. September - this month we'll be chatting mental health as we age.
