What are we about at these meetings and what's in it for you?  This a great place for experienced investors and beginners to connect, learn, and move one more step to becoming an expert. We look forward to seeing you at Wednesday's meeting! TOPIC - Special Guest - Lee Patterson is a serial entrepreneur who understands the power of credit and investing in real estate. He began his real estate journey while out on a run with one of his former college teammates who found success in college student housing across the Southeast. After serval conversations, Lee’s set his first real estate investing goal: acquire a single family home and multi-family unit. Lee owns a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio, but his most rewarding accomplishment was purchasing a large parcel of land and his childhood home in Longview, Texas. Lee lives in Athens, GA with his wife and finds enjoyment in coaching cross country at a local high school as well as teaching others the fundamentals of credit and real estate investing.
