After using her unique flair for food combined with her love for bourbon, Chef McKayla has prepared and served her pairings as a guest Chef while living in New York. She has partnered with Chops Restaurant in Patchogue NY for a series of bourbon dinners, and has partnered with both Sazerac and Michter's on her presentations. Her love for cooking extends to her education in drinks as well. In addition to her love and knowledge of bourbon, she has recently entered the Court of Sommeliers, so her refined pallet and taste only lends to her ability to expertly pair her foods.
