Dance Fitness is a positive, judgement-free Dance Zone! Come 10-15 minutes early to sign in and Order a Protein Recovery Shake. The nutrition club bar will be open for class! LIMITED SPACE unless we are outside - Please Pre-Register!!! Our Dance Fitness class is a cardio, full body toning, fun dance class that you have never experienced before!! Plus there are easy modifications to help all levels and abilities!! The class is "Pay what you can" with a suggested donation of $5 per person. (Cash Only Please for the class)
