Ticket price is inclusive of service gratuity. Processing fees and 7.5% sales tax will be added at checkout.
Due to the nature of our events, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in. You can also contact us to see if we have a waitlist, and we can assist in coordinating a transfer.
