Property Management Company seeking a full time Groundskeeper for a property in Kent, WA. Excellent opportunity with a team and management company where your performance is recognized and rewarded. 1.Walk and pick-up parking lot daily. Note any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Community Manager. 2.Pick-up and properly dispose of trash from the grounds (including use of the trash compactor if applicable). 3.Assist with irrigation of the property either by proper placement of hoses and sprinklers or maintaining adequate cover of the in-ground irrigation system on a regular basis to maintain curb appeal standards. 4.Paint curbs and parking stall stripes as necessary in accordance with local ordinances (including but not limited to fire lanes). 5.Participate in after-hours emergency scheduling as needed. 6.Work with Maintenance Supervisor for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials for grounds supplies. Maintenance personnel must provide their own supply of “basic” tools of the trade. 7.Verify that maintenance rooms and other storage areas are kept locked and cleaned, and report any inadequacies to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Community Manager. 8.Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in communications with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies. 9.Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. 10.Comply with all community and employee policies. 11.Perform any of the duties as requested/assigned by supervisor/employer. Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation Maintenance Requirements: • O7B Trainee License (Provided by company) • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
