We will talk about what local vegetables to stock up on at the farmers market for putting up in your cellar, preparing an unheated area in your house for long term winter storage, and how to properly store the vegetables. While its too late in the season to grow many storage crops, we will talk a bit planning a garden for next year to grow your winter storage crops.
