Depending on experience We are offering ~ $20/hour for the part time and then if go full time would be upto $1000/week. remm 1st please send an email and only text or call if your email has not been responded to with in a week. thank you Job Description (gardener and handyman): Home has about 50 ficus trees, boxwoods palm trees, and many other plants. Constant weed care, soil attention, cutting, shearing, trimming, diagnosing, watering, fertilizing, spraying,etc, etc is needed to keep the plants healthy and happy. Using blower, raking leaves,twigs, power washing. Shaking ficus trees, cutting both ficus and palm trees from tall ladder with 16 foot long pole to cut coconuts out of trees. Picking up debris afterwards, etc. Although we have a pool guy basic cleaning and maintaining the pool Is important too. General repairs to fence, painting, light bulbs changing, yard lights, sprinklers,etc, etc. Some light painting as needed. Cleaning boat and cleaning cars from time to time. Ideally Must have pretty close commute (and drive with a car). House manager component: willing and able to learn how to (we will train) to manage the house both while we are here and when we are traveling too (to check in on the house as needed). Able to manage housekeepers (that deep clean house) as needed, pool service folks, landscape people, plumbers, electricians, etc - schedule them and hold them accountable (we will train this). Ensure all of the the house is kept clean, cleaning robots are consistently managed, etc. Fluently speaks English. Education & Experience include: · Proven experience with a great reference – multiple years experience (please bring references to interview) · Tech-saavy and able to use apps like Uber, Prime Now, Instacart, Venmo · Driver’s license (with pick up truck preferred) · fluent English language skills Key Characteristics include: · Reliable, honest, hard working and trustworthy, operates with the utmost discretion · Confidence, patience and an easy-going personality · Emotional maturity & utmost professionalism, knowing when to be present and when to give family privacy · Ability to multitask, plan and organize with minimal supervision · Flexibility& adaptability · Sound judgment Location: Miami Beach Term: Long term commitment desired, looking to incentivize multi-year engagement Job Type: Part time and then Full-time
