We are hiring! Description: The Lead Mechanic must be familiar with all aspects of company field equipment, light and heavy trucks, automobiles, and small engines including running an established preventative maintenance (PM) program, making repairs as needed, scheduling all items for PM, mobilizing large equipment to/from job sites, licensing, registering, and training, etc. Must be able to conduct building maintenance repairs. Requirements: • Minimum of two or three years of experience as a mechanic. • Have a high school diploma or GED. • Bilingual in Spanish and English. • Proficient in or able to learn company truck, vehicle, and equipment GPS tracking system. • Proficient in inventory management/control of repair parts. • Communication skills with team members are vital. • Exceptional computer and typing skills. • Possess or ability to learn multiple software applications. • Must have a valid Florida License and must be insurable on the company’s insurable policy • Travel is primarily local during the business day (if needed). • Is certified in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
