I am hosting a one hour group fitness class @ Saint Pete Beach on Sunday, September 4 2022. (LOCATION- We will be meeting in the parking lot @4700 Gulf Blvd in Saint Pete Beach). All ages are welcome so please bring your friends and family! Most individuals will have no issue doing this workout as all of the movements can be made easier or more challenging based on your current fitness level/age. Make sure to bring water, sun protection, a towel, and clothing that you can move in! I am super excited to be hosting this event not only to coach an awesome workout, but to connect with new people as I recently moved to Saint Pete!
