In each one hour class we will focus on one technique or type of product that you can use in painting, mixed media, art journaling, card making, scrapbooking...whatever! I'll provide all materials, including a box lunch from one of Lowe Mill's fine eateries. This month, our topic is DIE CUT & EMBOSSING, and we have a guest teacher, SHIRLEY SMITH! Learn how to use die cuts and embossing folders in your mixed media projects to add texture and embellishments. The class starts with a demonstration of the Sizzix machine. Then you can try out the machine and learn the about the different kinds of dies. You can examine several completed samples for inspiration. You will receive materials to make a card or art journal page, which can be completed in class (time permitting) or at home. When you sign up, I'll send an email with the lunch choices.
