Riding a bike is fun. Riding a well tuned bike is more fun. Keeping your bike clean and properly lubed is an easy way to improve it's function AND it doesn't require a shop full of tools or years of practice. We'll teach you an easy way to wash your machine with common household items. You'll learn how to easily remove built up grime from your drivetrain. We'll discuss a variety of chain lube option and which might be best for your application- PLUS, we'll help you apply that lube properly. For those who venture farther from home and seek to be self reliant, we'll teach 'road side' flat repair. With our guidance, we'll walk you through fixing a rear flat (most difficult) on your bike using your own tools. We'll supply tools, CO2 and tubes as needed. And...since our clinic rolls through 'supper time' we'll top you off with East Hill Pizza, cold seltzer water and a light adult beverage or two.
