Description
Personal Safety:
--Defend against a wrist grab
--Defend against an arm grab and double arm grabs
--Defend against a front and back choke
--Defend against an attacker wielding a gun or knife
--Defend with only one free hand
--Defend against being pinned to the ground
**** (2) 90-minute classes per week for 4 weeks is recommended
**** classes can be taught in the comfort of your own home or public space. Rental space in a local gym or recreation center is available but is not included in the cost of the self defense classes
