Seeking a Licensed Plumber (MUST BE LICENSED). Must be able to show proof. Have a residential plumbing project that I need a Licensed Plumber for: 1-Need new plumbing drains and fixtures for Master Bedroom /Bathroom (New Addition); Add-on will be tied into existing rear cleanout valve. Install includes: one lavatory bathroom vanity sink, one toilet, one shower, and one washing machine box. 2-Need plumbing sewer line and water line installed from (New Add-On) to connect to detached ADU (concreted slabbed Man cave) in the backyard. The ADU will require a sewage pump ejector to force push waste to the (New Master Suite Addition). We will outsource the Excavator for the digging. 3-The ADU will use Saniflo flush system (so, no need to break concrete slab). Install Saniflo System & Plumbing to provide connections to plumbing on top of existing concrete slab for one kitchen sink, one lavatory bathroom sink, one toilet, one shower, and one washing machine box.
