Open Positions Include: Job Title: Operator / Foreman / Installer – Underground Utility & Telecommunications Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage based on experience; Pay Range $17 - $23 based on experience Employment type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Hablamos Espanol ok Company Background: Industry leading underground utility service company specializing in conduit installation for FPL and Telecom companies Job Description: Work as part of a crew to install conduit, pull fiber optic cables, and set boxes. We are seeking full time team members to join a busy underground utility installation company that specializes in new construction. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference, who enjoy going the extra mile to satisfy the customer, who are passionate and want to be part of a winning team. We are looking for someone who is skilled in the construction industry with experience in any of the following but not limited to underground digging, installing PVC and Rigid conduits and working with power tools. You must have reliable transportation to and from the job site, a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Some Required Skills and Job Functions: At least 1 year of experience working on construction crews Without assistance, be able to lift 50-75 pound on frequent basis Ability to work outdoors in high temperatures, sunlight and inclement weather Ability to lay pipe, pull wire, prep materials and assemble components Ability to use hand and power tools Transportation and a clean driving record preferred Professional appearance and team attitude is a must The Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of experience working on electrical or telecommunications crews Previous knowledge of Wireless Telecommunications Industry preferred Will possess a sense of ownership for the task assigned Have the instinctive ability to be adaptable to an ever-changing environment Possess strong oral and written communication skills Have an excellent attendance and punctuality record Have a strong work ethic Have honesty and integrity Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently Be able to work well as a team member and follow directions from supervisors Be able to work during the hours of 7am – 5pm *Equal opportunity employer
