I'm a recently diagnosed diabetic with iron deficiency. As a result I was in the hospital for an iron transfusion, missed a week of work & am in desperate need of food for myself and my child. I can provide proof. I'm still so weak from the transition. I don't normally have to ask for help, so please no negativity
