Hi am looking for a partner who either can obtain a marine contractors lic and proper insurance or has it already. I am great at what I do I have always been too guy in every dock company I have had the pleasure to work for. Witch is not many less than 4 in over 20 years my work ethic and speed and product will set us well above the already established company's who are backed up for more than 2 years. Some serious profits and fun will be made working on the water is not for everyone but most people will fall in love doing this line of work with the right partner. I supply the knowledge and the Barge and equipment needed to do the job I need either a financial partner or License till I can get mine. I am in shape work 6 days a week still young enough under 42 and in shape to do the work and find the jobs. Have a book keeper and secretary and a great accountant who is family and may get slightly invested if needed. We have a business plan and looking to move asap to building the best docks, decks,sea walls, boat lifts and boat houses all across Florida I have worked on the east and the west
