Do you have working knowledge of how a single family home is put together and the systems such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint and cleaning etc? Do you have the tools to repair these items around the house? Can you repair drywall, closely match existing paint and texture? Can you use a masker and paint using a sprayer. Do you have a reliable vehicle (small truck preferred). Are you able to work alone in sometimes vacant homes or an occupied property with a tenant? Can you follow instructions without being micromanaged but has good communication? Can you work weekends/holidays if needed? If so please let me know. I'm looking for some relible help and could hopefully transition into a full-time position. $doe$ will be dependent on your knowledge and willingness to complete the task at hand. However compensation for the right person will be competitive. This would be 1099 work but for the right person I can keep you busy.
