My black Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was lost/stolen while at the Psycho music festival held at Resort World Hotel/Casino on August 19. It doesn't seem to be at the Lost & Found, but I'd very much appreciate if it was returned - even so far as to pay a reward to anyone that can get it back to me.
