Property manager seeks independent contractor who can provide their own tools, schedule to maintain a residential property in North Hollywood. Experienced preferred in the following areas; carpentry rough and finished, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, framing, irrigation install and repair, painting, flower - plant install, removal, window removal and install, door removal and install and general maintenance. Must have own insurance and vehicle and must be reliable. Need immediately. $25 per hour, offered on specific projects. Set your own hours. Work location is North Hollywood.
