We're seeking a reliable and hopefully long-term handyman with a wide range of skills to include plumbing know-how for an investment property in Albany, NY. Three immediate tasks are in need of attention with three additional tasks that need to be taken care of after that. All tasks are listed below. Do not respond to this ad if you have a tendency to not show up to jobs / if you are not reliable. We pay by the hour at a rate of $45 per hour only. We do *not* pay by the day or by project.
